1. Overview
At Chiwa Labs, we want you to be satisfied with our products. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our SaaS products and digital tools.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@chiwalabs.com.
- Monthly plans — Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the product until then.
- Annual plans — Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period. You will retain access to the product until then.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period, unless otherwise required by law.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Within 7 days of first purchase — If you are unsatisfied with a product within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund.
- Billing errors — If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
- Extended outage — If a product experiences a significant, prolonged outage that materially impacts your use, we may offer a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@chiwalabs.com with the following information:
- Your name and the email address associated with your account.
- The product and plan you subscribed to.
- The reason for your refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
6. Free Trials
If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. Refunds do not apply to free trials since no payment is collected.
